All this thought of November 1985 brings back those memories of the second year when I was a hostage of Reaganomics. I can't figure whether it was worse trying to obtain employment in worthless Wilkes-Barre or changing majors om State College before I discovered the result would be futile regardless.
However, I did find my political cartoons which stimulated my creative talents for a good five months when I finally received an offer of employment. I learned much in the beginning of 1986, for which I remain grateful.

Yesterday I was watching an MIT course on the Taylor Series, and I never realized the climax of the concept was an approximation., It explains much, and some more investigation shows why differential equations need power series to solve equations with variable coefficients. Power series look like the equations I saw later when I audited chemical engineering courses.

I have returned. I still have my main blog on Live Journal, but this one's strictly for intellectual postings. This is what I'll connect to my LinkedIn.
